How to write in C++ under Qt without QtCreator/in VIM?
In general, there is a need to write software in C ++ on Qt, but I don’t want to use an IDE at all, or at least do without Qt Creator. Ideally, put some kind of plugin for working with Qt under VIM, although I doubt that such exist. Yet where is Qt and where is VIM.

Monsieur knows a lot ...
Actually, what's the problem, write something? Fire up VIM for yourself, fill out a qmake or cmake project file, and write as much as you like. It’s not clear how you will spank forms without a goo, but maybe you don’t need it.
