Why doesn't VBS start from startup?

Hello.
There is a VBS script that launches another script and checks for the presence of itself in startup.
In the second VBS script, the program opens.
So that's the point ...
The very first VBS does not start. I also tried it through the startup folder, registry, scheduler.
In all cases, I see the error "The specified file cannot be found."
What should I do?

Теперь у меня он запускается, но сразу закрывается
На ПК друга всё работает прекрасно
Это может быть из-за антивирусов/защитника винды?
