How to allow Internet access only when connected to pptp?

Tell me how to properly configure the Windows 7 firewall, with the following input data:
The machine connects via pptp to the vpn server.
When the machine is not connected to vpn, only teamviewer connection should be allowed in it, and VPN connection (gre, etc...) is allowed.
Other ports are muted. After connecting to the pptp seover, all ports should work.
