Why doesn't Ubuntu start after mounting nfs partition?

There is a server with a shared folder on the network, I want to mount it to users on boot, I added the
following line to fstab:

192.168.0.210:/share/ /home/user/Общедоступные nfs rw 0 0

In the morning, the situation came to light that most computers do not boot after a reboot, they reach the system boot screen and freeze there.
In the course of searching for the right solution for mounting a shared folder, it also turned out that in the absence of network access, there will also be problems with loading.
I tried to add the noauto flag, but the folder is not mounted with it. Mounting with the soft, intr flags also does not solve the problem - the system does not boot.
I have 2 questions:
Is it more correct to configure everything via autofs or do I need to select flags for fstab
, and why do some computers with this line in fstab start and the shared folder is mounted without problems, while some do not start at all.

@rusbaron

As for it not loading, try setting the timeo=## flag, as far as I understand, if the mount fails, the system will continue to boot further
. In my opinion, it would be more correct to do everything through autofs
