Why doesn't ubuntu 18.04 mount a 3TB hdd?
Installed ubuntu for the first time. I open gparted. An error message is displayed end of file while blah blah and gpt table corrupt? In general, he sees it in gparted. On Windows it works flawlessly. I'm afraid to touch, because data cannot be lost, and there is no place for a backup copy. What does this error mean? Is it dangerous for the hdd itself? Is it possible to solve the problem without losing data? In gparted, it shows two partitions windows reserved and data and both have red exclamation marks. Many thanks to everyone who responded.
