How to reboot windows 10 into another volume (partition) from a running system?
The computer has windows 10 and ubuntu 16. Is it possible to immediately send a restart command to ubuntu 16 from a running windows 10 and vice versa. That is, how can you send a command to reboot to another volume? (Without choosing from the options at the beginning of the computer startup) On Mac OS in bootcamp, such a thing was implemented.

To reboot from ubuntu directly to another operating system, I seem to have found it.
It's called Unity Reboot.
Installation:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install unity-reboot
