Why doesn't TRIM work on all drives?

Actually, I have Windows XP. I bought an SSD and cloned Win XP onto it. However, it does not have TRIM by default. Installed O&O Defrag. And downloaded the trimcheck utility. The SSD is divided into three logical disks. On two operating systems. The third is a worker.
I do everything according to the instructions. I run the trimcheck utility, it creates a JSON file. Then I select the drive in O&O Defrag and click "optimize with trim" c2n.me/3qbEiaQ Then I run the utility again.
On the first two - everything is OK, the program says that TRIM works c2n.me/3qbE0Kk However, on the 3rd disk, the utility says that TRIM does not work c2n.me/3qbEyov .

TRIM is a hard drive command.
It must be presented correctly in order for the disk to understand and take note of it.
There is no single standard, in fact TRIM is a crutch.
And the crookedness of its implementation depends both on the disk and on the software. At a minimum, for a trim to work, everything must match and be compatible.
