How about in windows 10 with python support?

The question is whether it is possible to use virtualenv in cmd and other things as conveniently as in the unix terminal?

On a non-posix OS, you will never be able to use bash as well as on a full-fledged OS

virtualenv works in exactly the same way as on Linux. cmd will be weaker than bash, but it's enough for most tasks.

As far as I know, the problems are only with the installation of some packages and Unicode.
