Why doesn't the textarea rise to the top of the slide without position absolute?

There is a slider on pure css, when you try to add a textarea on top of the picture, it only raises it by such a distance.
If you set absolute, then it will change its position, but when you change the slide, it will fly outside of its picture and the slider as a whole. Can you tell me how to solve this issue?
