Why doesn't the site work in Internet Explorer?

I can not understand why a simple page works in all browsers except Explorer and mobile. It would be nice if I wrote errors, but here, apparently, the framework itself is not even initialized - they just display {{foo}}

because of what this can be?

Pay attention to the tags for example
Opening Input closes Button. Not exactly because of this, but IE can glitch because of this.
