Why doesn't the site pass SSL verification on some devices?

The site does not open for some users, error:

Failed to verify that this is the www.site.ru server. Its security certificate refers to *.timeweb.ru. Perhaps the server is configured incorrectly, or someone is trying to intercept your data.

The "Return to safe page" button redirects to this timeweb. The site itself is located on a different hosting, there is no information about timeweb in the certificate data.

Please tell me where to look for a solution to the problem. Perhaps some kind of cache? Cleared browser cache, didn't help. Where else can it be cached?

SSL certificates are issued for a specific domain (as a rule).
Look in the properties of the certificate (see screenshot) - for which site it was issued.
If www.site.ru is specified, then the problem is definitely not in the certificate, but in the network settings.
This could be cache, routes, stale DNS information, etc.

From whom and when was the certificate obtained? Also check the domain that is listed in the CN of the certificate.

Did you buy an SSL certificate from third party companies (such as LeaderSSL, etc.) or from the hosting itself? If at the hosting itself, then address the question to him. Usually support solves such issues quickly.
