Why doesn't the RAID controller see the SSD drive?

Colleagues, I struggle with a problem which day.
What is given.
1) supermicro x8dtt-f blade
2) supermicro 6026TT-BTRF chassis
3) sff - to sata cable
4) lsi 9211-8i and lsi 9211-4i controllers
5) ssd drives samsung, sandisk, kingston
The controller is installed in the blade through a standard x16 raiser . The problem is the following. Controllers refuse to see ssd drives. SAS and SATA no problem. I don't know where to dig anymore. I tried to update the firmware of the controllers to the latest versions, I tried to reflash from IR to IT firmware. The result is the same - ssd is not detected.
At the same time, when connecting ssd disks to the motherboard directly, the disks are seen without problems.
Where to dig? What to do?

@AkeHayc

The same problem, though after the firmware I still saw and created a raid.
But after the reboot, everything fell apart and now writes in the status of SSD - unsupported.
SSD 2TB regular Kingstone.
