Why doesn't the plugin work in the sublime?

There is a plugin HTML-CSS-JS Prettify
Installed, it does not work absolutely
Neither through hotkeys, nor through selection and right-clicking
Can anyone use it, tell me why it does not work? Tried sublime 2 and 3

First of all, be sure you have node.js installed in order to run the beautifier.

In Sublime, you need to enable HTML or CSS in the bottom right corner.
Or View->Syntax->HTML
If you have PHP, for example, then the plugin will not work.
