Semantic UI in Sublime Text 3 autocomplete?

How to properly work with the Semantic UI plugin in Sublime Text 3?
You can call it only at the place of the class, and it also adds HTML code there. In the end, such a mess.

I have not used this plugin, but I think it works almost the same as emmet, i.e. enter a command and press tab, I just don’t think it works in a class ... in the same place it seems on prefixes like ui-grid
UPD: I installed a plugin, and as I said, you don’t need to enter the class, just write ui-form and press tab and it substitutes this structure instead of ui-form
