Why doesn't the package come out of the computer?

I'm trying to ping the computer to the server, but the packet does not even leave the computer. The computer's gateway matches the router's port address, ip helper-address is registered, the server to the router pings properly, the router to the computer does not ping in the same way. How can I fix this?
