Why doesn't the Microsoft NDIS Packet Capture Filter Driver work?

We have MS Windows Server 2019, on which there is a virtual machine in Hyper V, on which there is software for tracking traffic, Bitdefender Probe NTSA, if this is important, and it actually uses NDIS Packet Capture, which apparently does not work, since in the virtual machine settings window switch shows the following error

I didn't find anything concrete in the logs, although they were cleared just when hyper-v was first installed.

There is not much information in Google, maybe I'm looking badly.
By the way, if you enable the command manually

netsh trace start capture=yes

it seems like everything works, but when you activate it with a checkmark in hyper-v and start vm, the error message appears again.
How can you determine what exactly is not working, and actually fix it?
