Why doesn't Sketch align elements?

For some reason, Sketch stopped auto-aligning elements. I don’t remember when it started, but it’s very inconvenient to work with the layout ;( How to fix the problem? (I updated the application, nothing has changed)

If memory serves, the developers wrote that the alignment has changed in the latest versions - at least they removed the question of whether it is necessary to align to the floor of a pixel, plus the alignment is relative to the bottom element. But I could be wrong)
