Why doesn't SharePoint work in the morning?

SharePoint deployed on WIN.SERV.2016
Lately, it intermittently stops working until you restart services and application pools in IIS.

And in the log, here is such an event
And on SharePoint itself it says "SharePoint Health Analyzer has detected several important problems that require your attention"

See logs for the entire period.
As a temporary solution, use the warmup script. However, this is a good thing in normal practice, to launch it before a working day.
