Why do word documents saved on sharepoint 2016 open in read-only mode?

Moving from SP2010 to SP2016.
Installed SP2016 in a neighboring virtual machine.
Created a website with a document library. Through policies, I connected the library to users as a webdav disk.
When you open Word files (docx), they open in read-only mode.

@wedun

I'll dig up an old post, maybe it will be useful to someone.
If the disk is connected via a UNC path (\\...), then an error like the author's may be observed.
I have connected a disk using a link like https://mysharepointportal.com/Documents
After that, I don’t see any problems.
