Why doesn't server manager work on a non-standard rdp port?

There is a server 2008r2 terminal. The RDP port is non-standard. I have no way to manage this server through the server manager. A message is displayed: "On the network: make sure that the winrm service is installed, running and the required ports are open." Firewall for tests turned off. How to explain to the dispatcher which port to work through?

Perhaps this is because RDP and WinRM are slightly different protocols for different services? ;-)

Is winrm itself configured? Try executing on the command line with admin rights: winrm qc
