Why don't half of the printers work over RDP?

There is a Windows Server 2012, RDP access is configured for it, everything worked fine for about 3 years, and today half of the printers in the organization (and there are about 100 of them) just stopped printing and everything periodically prints, then stops. What is the reason? thanks for answers

1) Restarting the print service.
2) Cleaning up the C:\Windows\System32\Spool folder
3) Restarting the computer.
After the first two steps, you need to restart the terminal session. Disabling and connecting a user without ending the session will not work.

Still sometimes there can be a problem in dns. enter the ipconfig /flushdns command on the server
