Why does 1C crash when generating a report?
Good. We ran into an interesting problem. 1C 8.3 does not want to re-generate the report. Those. the program starts normally, generates a report, prints it, but then if you try to generate a report, it freezes and crashes without error. What they tried to treat: cleared the cache, created a new user, reinstalled the platform, turned off hardware acceleration and installed an external video card. There is no effect.
P.S. I forgot to clarify that the 1C base is running on a virtual machine Win2003, Hyper-V

The problem sounds somehow suspicious. Do you by any chance have any improvements in working with printed forms? Something from the category that copies of the generated documents are sent to the post office, or sent to the EDMS, or "filed" into the file archive?
And the program never crashes without errors - it's just that logging is not configured for you. You need to configure the EXCP and EXCPCNTX events to be monitored. For information on how to set up a technological log, see chapter 6.14 in the yellow book "Administrator's Guide" (it was included in the box upon purchase, and is also available electronically on the ITS website under your login/password). If there is a problem with books and you need to read it quickly, then google it - the Internet is already full of information. For example, gilev's website - www.gilev.ru/techlog
