Notification and startup shows a notification at startup 1s - "error connecting to the interaction system."
If you try to create a new discussion, he writes - "the user is not authorized"
If you click on the user, you can see that he really seems to be not authorized

. What could be the problem? on other devices everything is fine, reinstalling the version did not help.

You need to carefully study the logs, if necessary, look at debugging or through the technological log.
Offhand options - the user does not have enough rights, some of the necessary ports are closed on the computer (or is occupied by another program). Further, without a detailed analysis of the logs and computer settings, one can only guess.
