Why doesn't Samsung Magician work?

Good afternoon. Yesterday I downloaded from site Samsung Magician utility for monitoring the status of Samsung SSD 860 PRO 256GB. Installed. But no matter how hard I tried, it didn't work. Today I turn on the PC, Win10 boots up and I immediately see that Magician is hanging in the tray (i.e., on autorun as well). I click on it in the tray - it opened, I see all sorts of SSD indicators and all that I wanted. That's just lasted this picture for about 5 seconds - the picture instantly disappeared from the monitor, and it was filled with a completely gray-blue color. On Win or Ctrl + Alt + Delete zero reaction. The monitor itself is working, the signal icon appears when you turn it on. Only restarting the PC helped. What is this bullshit and how to fix it?

By the way, after this reboot, I don't see Magician either in the tray or in the autorun. It also does not work, as it was before ...

Windows 10 Pro on the same SSD, installed a month ago.

in win11 through task scheduler run in win 10 compatibility mode
