Issues with Samsung Apps
Good afternoon.
Yesterday afternoon I registered in the Samsung app store - Samsung Apps . Registered as a seller, that is, through the office http://seller.samsungapps.com . Everything was fine, but in the evening, when I try to log in, I am constantly reset to the registration page of a new developer. At the same time, I know for sure that I am entering the correct email and password. Moreover - even when I wanted to reset the password, and the service sent me a temporary one - the same picture. In this case, no error messages are displayed. That is, on the one hand, I am registered, since they send me a temporary password, on the other hand, I can’t log in with any password.
It would be half the trouble, but I spent an hour studying the Samsung website and subsites and did not find a single email where I could write about the problem. As if they were specially hidden somewhere where no one will definitely find.
Googling didn't work either.
Can anyone advise or suggest something in this situation?
