tell me why the SSD M2 Samsung EVO 970 500 GB does not read at the full declared speed, i.e. 3200-3400 Mbps. using the bundle Asus H310 + i7-8700

Judging by the motherboard manufacturer's website, the connector works at pci-e 2.0 x2 speed. That gives us a speed of about 1.0 GB / s
