Why doesn't pppoe on Mikrotik reconnect after a break?

There is a mikrotik hap lite, RouterOS v6.43.3
I set up pppoe to Rostelecom.
After a short-term loss of the link on the port with the Internet, pppoe does not want to reconnect.
in the log, cyclic attempts to reconnect and errors

after restarting the router, the connection is established normally.

How to fix it so that it automatically reconnects without restarting the router ??

The provider hangs the old pppoe session, until it is beaten, the new one falls with an authorization error
