Firmware customization - how to change the web interface of the router?

Sometimes they bring routers for repair, for the purpose of advertising, I would like to reflash these devices with custom firmware, in which the web interface has been changed (advertising services are pasted). What software can do this?

ничего не имею против ... но вот беда ... производителя роутера не указали. а если вы думаете что блин есть чтото что может в любом роутере модифицировать прошивку то узнайте и нам расскажете.
