Why is the Internet on a PC lower than on fi-fi-e?

On a PC, the maximum speed drops to 10 Mbps, but when checked from a phone, it shows up to 55 Mbps.

And in the task manager it shows that the network is 100% loaded.

But after a while everything works fine.

If your link speed drops to 10 megabits, the problem is most likely in the cable or, more unlikely, in the network card.

replace the cable, and maybe the switch. And look how old the network card is, if more than 20, replace it too. Or maybe she's just bad or set up as a saboteur
