Why is the Internet on a PC lower than on fi-fi-e?
On a PC, the maximum speed drops to 10 Mbps, but when checked from a phone, it shows up to 55 Mbps.
And in the task manager it shows that the network is 100% loaded.
But after a while everything works fine.

If your link speed drops to 10 megabits, the problem is most likely in the cable or, more unlikely, in the network card.
