Why doesn't phpStorm save changes until you press Enter?

I have two monitors, the storm is open on one, the browser is on the second.
Such a problem when I write code and autocomplete pops up, as in the screenshot. If I do not press Enter or click on the actocoplite and go to the browser, then the changes in the code are not saved.
PhpStorm 2020.3 off site, no plugins.
Previously, this did not seem to be, it seems to have appeared after reinstalling Windows. Does anyone know how to make it save without clicking?

It never happened. Autocomplete must be confirmed somehow. It may be that you need not the first proposed option, but the second one. How is the storm supposed to know that?
It is possible, if desired, to confirm not only with enter or a click, but also with other keys (see figure), but without confirmation at all - it is impossible in any way.
