Why is PhpStorm constantly updating the index on startup?

I work, I don't touch anyone. In the evening I turn off the computer, just to complete the work, without closing anything, including the storm, Windows itself closes everything (xs, maybe this is important). In the morning I turn on the storm, it starts reindexing the project, the connected folders (vendor, etc). Almost every time.

This happened after one of the latest updates.

What I tried:
1) Invalidate caches and restart
2) Reinstalling storm

Fixed: Updating indexes on every startup if IDE was closed with OS shutdown
