Why doesn't Phalcon (Ubuntu) work?

In the ISP panel, after installation, the Phalcon module appeared, though it was written that it was not included, just installed, turned it on there (in ISP), now it says enabled. However, when I try to run the phalcon command in the console, I get: ERROR: Phalcon extension isn't installed, follow these instructions to install it: https://docs.phalconphp.com/en/latest/reference/in...
If you run phpinfo, there is also no module. The server was restarted.
