How to put Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS on the C:/ drive partition without damaging D:/?

I have a laptop, I want to install Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS, I have 4 partitions: /dev/sda1(Windows recovery) /dev/sda2 (Windows loader) /dev/sda3 (drive C:/) /dev/sda4 (drive D:/ ), how can I put it correctly so that nothing is lost on the D:/ (/dev/sda4) drive and I can visit it?

When installing, select the manual partition, select sda3 as the mount point for / (root), indicate that you need to format this partition. You can leave other partitions alone, or you can mount them somewhere in /mnt (for example, sda4 in /mnt/data/). You just don't need to change the file system of the partition or format the partition, and everything will be fine :)
I have win, mint, kali and a shared data partition coexist, so there shouldn't be any problems. Although in any case, it is better to back up the data. If there is no external hard, it is better to go to the cloud on mega or mail.
