Why doesn't parsing a page with HTML Agility Pack produce all of the HTML code?

Dear, please tell me why the page parsing method using HTML Agility Pack does not give the entire page code. When comparing the page code in the browser inspector and searching for elements in the value window, VS did not find (the branch ends with the Empty parameter) the code block in the variable responsible for the widget with comments provided for it by a third-party resource. How it is possible to bypass it? I tried to solve this problem using AngleSharp, but there were difficulties with it even at the stage of calling the parsing method (The example from the official documentation does not start due to errors in the method call syntax). Are you sure that there is this code, maybe it is added to the page through javascript
