Why doesn't overvflow work on ios?

Hello everyone, I ran into an overflow problem on ios, but I still can’t solve it.
The bottom line is that there is a regular side menu.
It opens by shifting the wraper and the header of the site, while it is clear that the width of the body and the html will increase, I set overflow:hidden, and it does not work. Everything works fine on PC and Android.

Here it will help to hang on body position relative if not, then wrap all content in div.wrapper for example and give it overflow, these are ios features
