Why doesn't outlook see mail settings?

Good afternoon, colleagues.
We have a domain on windows 2012 and a DAG group of two exchange 2013.
The problem is the following.
When setting up mail for a user, the fields where accounts are entered, etc. are not automatically filled.
Previously worked. Suddenly, it stopped.
Where would you like to look?

1. How long ago was the account created and does the problem disappear if you set up mail some time after the account was created?
2. Does autodiscovery work?
