Synchronization of one mailbox on several PCs via Google Sync

Given:
- 4 computers that use one Google Apps mailbox on a paid basis;
- All computers have Outlook with Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook®;
“Until yesterday, everything worked as it should;

Situation:
— On one computer everything continues to work normally;
- Authorization does not pass on other computers;

What was tried:
- Recaptcha on Gmail was tried and did not help;
- An attempt to establish access to a mailbox on a pristine computer ends with the same situation;

I don’t know what to think anymore, in the logs there is only swearing at the time zone, but I don’t think that the problem is related specifically to this. Can anyone suggest what?

date time and time zone on all PCs are the same?

Yes, nothing has changed in a day, it just stopped logging in

Error: 0x80004005 Some timezone registries are missing on the host computer. Please ensure that the client computer has the latest Windows Updates.
