Google Apps deleted corporate account Possible solutions?

Good afternoon!
On one of the corporate domains, I used about 5 mailboxes for business. Google Apps itself was free - registered it 3-4 years ago. Today I suddenly discovered that business partners write letters, but I do not receive them safely. I tried to enter the admin panel using the address [email protected]
and suddenly I see that the account has been deleted for 20 days (!). I did not receive any warnings about this, and to put it mildly, I am in great indignation.
Please tell me what to do in this case? Where to apply? Maybe someone faced a similar problem?
Is there any more or less operational support where I could call or write. I myself am now in Silicon Valley and just freaked out when I discovered this bug (?).
