Why doesn't Nmap recognize Windows 10?

There is a local grid, it has one machine on Windows 10 Version 1903, and the second is a laptop on Debian. When trying to recognize the OS, nmap writes the following:

PORT STATE SERVICE
135/tcp open msrpc
139/tcp open netbios-ssn
443/tcp open https
445/tcp open microsoft-ds
902/tcp open iss-realsecure
912/tcp open apex-mesh
2869/tcp open icslap
MAC Address: 18:31:BF:DD:10:B2 (Asustek Computer)
No exact OS matches for host (If you know what OS is running on it, see https://nmap.org/submit/ ).

Is that how it's supposed to be, or did I screw up somewhere?
Nmap updated to the latest version, the firewall on Windows is completely disabled
