Why doesn't MxCalendar modx revo work correctly?

According to the instructions, I installed mxCalendar, but the site displays bugs, and the calendar is not functional.
Who has dealt with this module?

I suspect that in b / d, too, the encoding went wrong. You need to use utf-8.
1) System > settings > modx_charset > utf-8.
2) Check MySQL character set
So we figured out that the problem is not with the server encoding.
Try installing this version of mxCalendar with utf-8 support:
