Why doesn't Munin work on Debian 8?

Installed Munin on Debian 8, ran into the following problem. There is nothing in the directory where Munin files should be (/var/cache/munin/www), the folder is empty. Accordingly, I can not configure Apache redirection to this folder.
How can this problem be solved? Who faced?
