How to put Linux so that it would be both a virtual machine and a host OS?
I want to install windows and linux on a pc.
Thus, to be able to run Linux as a host OS and as a virtual one from under windows. All changes in Linux must be saved in both cases.
I think it will be cool and comfortable.

This article tells how to run an existing Windows under Linux. I'm not in the subject, but I think a similar approach can be applied under Windows to run Linux.
No way. Either a host or a virtual machine.
But you can try to forward the host Linux partitions to the virtual machine:
put Linux on the second OS. In Windows, raise a separate virtual machine with Linux and forward the Linux partitions to the virtual machine. In Virtualka, mount these physical partitions somewhere.
But you still need to look for a hypervisor that supports such manipulations.
You can pervert and put a hypervisor in a virtual machine and raise another virtual machine in it - nested virtual machines. Some hypervisors allow this. But this is apparently not what you want.
in windows 10 ubunta is sewn in,
will this solution work for you?

Elementary everything is much simpler than you think. With the help of Windows, divide the hard drive into halves. And put on the second line - on which set up a web server and set up hosts.
