What mobile device with a screen of at least 9'' is there on Linux?

Hello.
I am looking for a mobile device (preferably a tablet) that meets the criteria:

  1. Should work under Linux without crashing
  2. Must work under Windows
  3. Must run JavaSE applications
  4. Availability of a QWERTY keyboard or the ability to connect an external keyboard
  5. The weight of the device itself is up to 1 kg (if it is a tablet with a docking station, then the weight of the tablet itself is < 1 kg)
  6. Convenient ability to edit text, code in Java
  7. The screen is no smaller than an ordinary tablet

It is mainly needed for mobile development in Java, using Linux programs, RDP, ssh, mail.
There is a related topic: Choosing an ultrabook / transformer to work under linux , but it is more than one year old. I considered options from there, but none came up either in terms of weight, or format, or lags in Linux.
Considered them:
  1. DELL Venue 11 Pro . Linux lags: proof
  2. Microsoft Surface Pro (1 or 2) Linux lags: proof
  3. Lenovo thinkpad helix i5. Linux lags: proof
  4. ASUS Transformer Book T100TA Linux lags: proof , but already something

Maybe there are suitable options?

There are no such mobile devices. Because devices based on intel-like slag are a terrible G, and ARM / MIPS platforms are fenced in such a way that, alas, you can’t put Linux there.

But you can install Linux on the device yourself, right?
