Why doesn't Mikrotik reserve ip?

I noticed a strange behavior of Mikrotik.
There is a computer, there is a microtic, there is no VLAN anywhere, everything is standard.
Pool dhcp from 10 to 50
network 172.25.10.0/24
I switch to IP-DHCP Server-Leases, I see this computer (by poppy address I check + CLIENT ID is pretty clear), I press 2 times -> make static
after that again I edit the entry and set it to ip 172.25.10.2
The old ip (172.25.10.50) is still on the computer, I do release renew, nothing .. I
reboot the computer, the router, nothing changes. Well, I think, to hell with him, I need to break the system, I set him 172.25.10.50, and here's a miracle, there are already 45 on the computer, and so on. What could be the problem? Maybe something with Mikrotik? Already thought to merge the backup and fill it with the same one, but maybe something else?
(I tried to add outside the pool (172.25.10.2, 172.25.10.90) and nothing, it doesn’t work in the pool either.
Displayed in the Leases tab are 2 entries with the same poppies: one that I binded and the second that I assigned. I have Waiting on the binder. Such a sadness
Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD FW 3.26, routeros v 6.34.3
