Whether it is possible to hot change rules in NAT?

Good afternoon. On Mikrotik, in the Firewall-NAT section, there are 4 identical rules per 1 WAN interface for different networks (masquerading). I would like to optimize by combining them into groups and making 1 rule. Question: can this be done on a hot day, on a business day, and what are the consequences? Thank you.
PS I plan to make changes from the office, where there is physical access to the router. I would not want this to affect the employees, for a maximum of a couple of seconds, the absence of a network is acceptable.

Create your own rule below the existing ones, and disable the higher rules one by one. Immediately check the operability of the network for which the rule was disabled.
If you make a mistake in the rule, it will still be reflected.

In general, yes. If you don't screw up anywhere, no one will notice.
