Why doesn't Mikrotik RB951G work on the claimed 1Gbs?

There is RB951G-2HnD with declared 5 ports of 1Gbs each, there is also a PC with 1Gbs port.
When connected via cable to mikrotik on a PC, the connection speed (in the connection properties on PC win 2012) shows 100Mbs, if you connect the pc to another router that holds 1 Gbs, then the connection properties show 1 Gbs.
What can be wrong ?

You can hard set the speed on Mikrotik to 1000M and try to connect. And you can also try to turn on a non-PoE port. Well, think about why you need a 1GE link and why you use such a box for such speeds.
