How to link 2 routers?

Good afternoon. There is an interesting problem.
There are 2 routers available. Router 1 (Tp-Link) has Internet access, but it is password protected. Allows you to connect any 2 devices. This is regulated by DHCP. 3 minutes per host. Then another can take IP.
The second router (Tenda) is in full access.
Router 2 WAN port is connected to router 1 LAN port. In theory, he should register as a host, but he is not given an IP. This can be seen from the connection status. IP 0.0.0.0, although it is written that it is connected. I set the settings to Dynamic IP. (On the first router DHCP).

Try changing the subnet of the trend, for example, 192.168.
