EOIP between MikroTik and Wive-NG-MT?

There are 2 routers, one MikroTik the other SNR-CPE-W4N with Vive-NG-MT firmware. Both have EOIP technology. BUT .. The tunnel does not rise, both ip are routed. What can be wrong? The setting is standard, the tunnel id is the same and the addresses are also all right. There are no firewall rules.

It seems to me that snr has its own eoip, which is incompatible with mikrotiks.
