Why doesn't Mikrotik change dns?
Mikrotik was set up so that DNS was set from the provider. I decided to change it. I unchecked Use Peer DNS, registered the DNS I needed, rebooted the device, and dns on Mikrotik remained the same. What could it be?

The DHCP Client will have DNS servers if the DHCP server provides them, another question is that Mikrotik will not use them if the Use Peer DNS checkbox is not checked. Judging by your comments, you removed Use Peer DNS, provider servers disappeared from Dynamic Servers, which means he no longer uses them.
