Opera 26.0 abruptly stopped opening any sites, other browsers work. What could have happened?

Today, any sites abruptly stopped opening through the Opera, I didn’t change the settings before that, I didn’t download anything. Restarting everything didn't help. I do not use a proxy and Opera did not try to enter through them, which I checked. Just in case, I threw Opera into firewall exceptions, which also did not help, completely disabling all kinds of protection also did not work. Other browsers and programs work fine.

For Chromium-based browsers, reinstalling usually helps.

I have seen something similar more than once - sites opened only after a few clicks on F5. I have no idea what this is about. It corrected itself after a while.
